Great hotel in a perfect location

The property was very good. Clean, comfortable, had all the necessary facilities: pool, gym, restaurant. The room had all the amenities we could need: kitchenware, TV, coffee, tea, water, towels, etc. The room was cleaned every day, it was nice. I especially want to note the location of the property: it is situated right next to the metro station, which makes moving around the city so much easier. Also, there are many supermarkets, restaurants around, you will find all you need nearby. In addition, I want to mention the excellent work of the staff members, they were very helpful, friendly and provided assistance whenever it was needed. Special thanks to Anas, Madara, Ibrahim and Foday, they made our stay very enjoyable. All in all, the property is very good.

Amazing hotel

The property was very clean, and the location is perfect for exploring the city, it is next to the metro station. The staff were wonderful – super friendly and incredibly helpful with all our questions and needs. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai.

From the moment I arrived everything was great, mandara in reception offered me an upgrade which I like when it’s available that made my stay better. The place was very clean and cleaning service maids etc better than expected one even washed my plates one morning which might only haven taken 2 minutes but after a long day working and training to come home and have one less task to do was brilliant

The location, the facility itself, the parking and breakfast

Even though I was upgraded (probably they were finding it hard to sell some suites), I think the design of the room was bad. Writing table is there without plug points, you need to search for a mobile charging point which is under the night lamp table, a chair is kept in the room which is unusable as you will hit your head on the TV, the shower area is tight and water drainage management is bad. Though it is probably not the fault of people who are running the property the engineering thought process of putting it together is quite bad

Weekend stopover

Well on arrival we was met by a lady called Angelene and a gentleman called Anas who were very helpful and also give us an upgrade.The suite was very spacious with a washing machine which was very helpful.Then on our departure the porter called Foday sorted our luggage out for us . So all in all the service was spot on .

Short solo break in Dubai

The room was large & well equipped. It was clean & water was provided in the room each day. The hotel is literally 10 seconds away from Internet City metro station which is fantastic for getting about the city. Staff were friendly although didn't have many recommendations for sightseeing/tours etc..

I was on the second floor and the hallway stank of cigarette smoke, like the smell was held in the carpets etc.. (although it claims to be a non-smoking floor). The pool is very small and gets no sun at all on a morning. It also claims to be open from 7am however, on several occasions there were either workmen cleaning the windows or they were closing the pool for cleaning. It seems to me that these jobs should be done before the pool opens.

A big hello from Italy to Mr. Ramadan the best concierge in Dubai

I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Ramadan, the coolest and nicest concierge in Dubai. The restaurant staff is also kind and friendly! This place has been a wonderful and positive surprise; I had no idea that Barsha Heights was such a lovely area.

Close to the metro station

Very, very close to the metro station so you can easily reach the main tourist attractions. A lot of restaurants and markets near. Friendly staff, they gave us an upgrade for the room. I would come back mainly thanks to the location.

The furniture is a little bit worn out, but the bedroom was ok. Also the bathroom needs some improvements. Overall it is ok.

Staff are amazing. So helpful. Added to the making our trip even better. In addition it's very close to the metro. Though breakfast is a set menu. The quality of food was brillant. Loved the Indian breakfast.

Good value for money

We spend a week in this hotel and nothing to complain. Staff was professional and very friendly. Special thanks to Falsal, Ibrahim and Madara. Breakfest was good and restaurant staff was super. Nice and quiet room, little qym, rooftop pool area and location near a metro station. Good value for money.

There was some seasonal maintenance work going on. Not a big problem.

Good property with exceptional staff

The hotel is located steps from the Metro which is perfect. The staff are great. Checking in/out was quick and seamless. They gave me an upgrade without asking, Thanks! Special shout out to Ibrahim & also Osca who made sure my room was clean everyday & on time. The entire front desk gang, a big thank you. The only minus is the swimming pool which is really small, actually it's best described as a baby pool. So if you are a person who loves to do laps then this will disappoint. I highly recommend this property especially if you are in Dubai for business because it's quite and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.
