What was the highlight of Citadines Metro Central Dubai
Great hotel in a perfect location
The property was very good. Clean, comfortable, had all the necessary facilities: pool, gym, restaurant. The room had all the amenities we could need: kitchenware, TV, coffee, tea, water, towels, etc. The room was cleaned every day, it was nice. I especially want to note the location of the property: it is situated right next to the metro station, which makes moving around the city so much easier. Also, there are many supermarkets, restaurants around, you will find all you need nearby. In addition, I want to mention the excellent work of the staff members, they were very helpful, friendly and provided assistance whenever it was needed. Special thanks to Anas, Madara, Ibrahim and Foday, they made our stay very enjoyable. All in all, the property is very good.
I liked everything and really enjoyed my stay.

Short solo break in Dubai
The room was large & well equipped. It was clean & water was provided in the room each day. The hotel is literally 10 seconds away from Internet City metro station which is fantastic for getting about the city. Staff were friendly although didn't have many recommendations for sightseeing/tours etc..
I was on the second floor and the hallway stank of cigarette smoke, like the smell was held in the carpets etc.. (although it claims to be a non-smoking floor). The pool is very small and gets no sun at all on a morning. It also claims to be open from 7am however, on several occasions there were either workmen cleaning the windows or they were closing the pool for cleaning. It seems to me that these jobs should be done before the pool opens.

Good value for money
We spend a week in this hotel and nothing to complain. Staff was professional and very friendly. Special thanks to Falsal, Ibrahim and Madara. Breakfest was good and restaurant staff was super. Nice and quiet room, little qym, rooftop pool area and location near a metro station. Good value for money.
There was some seasonal maintenance work going on. Not a big problem.

Close to the metro station
Very, very close to the metro station so you can easily reach the main tourist attractions. A lot of restaurants and markets near. Friendly staff, they gave us an upgrade for the room. I would come back mainly thanks to the location.
The furniture is a little bit worn out, but the bedroom was ok. Also the bathroom needs some improvements. Overall it is ok.
